As the Breckenridge chapter of the FFA joins others around the country celebrating National FFA Week, the local students have an exciting year to look back on.

The Buckaroo boys basketball team wrapped up their season with a 53-49 loss in the bi-district playoff game.


Dr. Goodall’s House, the local Children’s Advocacy Center, announced this morning, Monday, Feb. 23, that the 2025 Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Member of the Year for Stephens County is Jamie Petruzzi, assistant district attorney for Stephens County.


The public hearing and meeting will be held in the Stephens County Annex Building, located at 222 N. Baylor Ave., across from the Stephens County Law Enforcement Center.
