On Aug. 14, 1920, Earl Akin, a Breckenridge pilot, and David Fox, another aviator and stunt man, crashed in the middle of downtown Breckenridge, severely injuring Akin and killing Fox.

The Rotary Club of Breckenridge installed new officers at a special evening meeting and ceremony on Tuesday.
The Breckenridge Library hosted a puppet show at the Woman’s Forum on June 15.
Breckenridge’s National Theatre and the Missoula Children’s Theatre will present “King Arthur’s Quest” Saturday, June 17, at 2 p.m. at the National Theater, 116 E. Walker St.

The theatre workshop will be June 12-16, and the performance will be on June 17.

The exhibit will be on display through June 30.
The program will be offered at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. on June 1.
