With campfires burning and wagons and tents, the signature event of the 2025 Stephens County Frontier Days, the Bob Drake Memorial Chuckwagon Cook-off Clear Fork Championship, took center stage Saturday morning, May 3, in the Breckenridge City Park.

Kayla Wood of Breckenridge was named the winner of the 2025 Breck’s Got Talent competition Saturday evening, May 3, wrapping up two days of activities at the annual Stephens County Frontier Days event in the city park.

Grace Raymond was crowned the 2025 Miss Breckenridge at the pageant Saturday, May 3, during the annual Frontier Days event at the Breckenridge City Park.

Stephens County Frontier Days is set to bring a full weekend of festivities to Breckenridge on May 2-3, highlighted by the return of the Bob Drake Memorial Chuck Wagon Cook-off Clear Fork Championship, stick horse races, and a gunfighter show, as well as new activities, including a rock climbing wall, mechanical bull rides, and a performance by an area clogging group.

Breckenridge’s annual Frontier Days event is scheduled for May 2-3, and the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers to help out with some of the events.

The Stephens County Frontier Days, hosted by the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce earlier this month, included many activities over the two-day event, including a bake-off and a car show.

This year’s Bob Drake Memorial Chuckwagon Cook-off at the Stephens County Frontier Days featured six chuckwagons.

Sixteen-year-old MacKenzie Cloud was crowned as the 2024 Miss Breckenridge at the annual pageant on Saturday afternoon, May 4, during Stephens County Frontier Days.

This year’s Stephens County Frontier Days featured the debut of Breck’s Got Talent, and Breckenridge High School sophomore Abbi Duran took home the top prize.
