On Tuesday, Nov. 7, Texas citizens will have a chance to vote on 14 proposed state constitutional amendments. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

UPDATE: This Boil Water Notice was rescinded by the SRSUD on Friday, Nov. 3, 2023. The Boil Water Notice was required after a loss of pressure as a result of a power outage that occurred at approximately 5:30 pm on Oct. 31.

Volleyball bi-district game will be Oct. 31, and the state cross country meet will be Nov. 3.
The event will feature the Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, Ag Citizen of the Year, Educator of the Year and Civic Organization of the Year.
The doors will open at 6 p.m., and the concert will start at 7 p.m. Nov. 4.
Friday night was the last home game of the season for the Breckenridge Buckaroos, and they beat Bowie 28-21.
With teachers and staff taking orders and delivering food, South Elementary raised more than $2,500 for the school’s PTO during McTeacher Night.
The Breckenridge community will have a variety of activities planned for local families on Halloween, which will be Tuesday, Oct. 31.
