Local businesses to participate in annual Halloween event.
TSTC Welding Technology students and staff will weld a new welcome sign at Breckenridge’s east entrance on U.S. Highway 180.

The event will be a fundraiser for the Breckenridge Woman’s Forum.
The event is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. each evening.
