The “Shutters & Strokes” exhibit at the Breckenridge Fine Arts Center features the works of Donna and Steve Miller of Grand Prairie.

The Breckenridge Library and the Breckenridge Fine Arts Center kicked off their summer children’s programs with the Creature Teacher earlier this month.
The exhibit will be on display through June 30.
The program will be offered at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. on June 1.
The opening reception will be from 5 to 7 p.m. May 9.

The Breckenridge Fine Arts Center will open its first hunting exhibit this week and will host a reception on Saturday, March 18.
A reception for Ellen Carmona-Kochoa will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at the BFAC.
Several local organizations have upcoming fundraisers planned.
