Several blocks in north-central Breckenridge may be without water this evening, April 5, and the entire city is under a Boil Water Notice as city crews work to repair a busted waterline. Additionally, all other residents in the city may experience low water pressure.

The Boil Water Notice issued on Wednesday has been rescinded.
The water should be brought to a vigorous, rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes.
Wednesday’s Boil Water Notice has been lifted.
The notice is for the area from North Rose Avenue to North Parks Street and from West Second Street to West Lindsey Street.
Breckenridge and Stephens County aren’t the only communities that experience Boil Water Notices.
Those in the Eolian area are still under a Boil Water Notice.
The Boil Water Notice is required after a power outage.
The notice issued on Sept. 6 has been lifted.
Some Stephens Regional Special Utility District rural water customers in eastern Stephens County are under a Boil Water Notice.
