  • Two deputies responded to a report of cows on the road on U.S. Highway 180 East at 7:17 a.m.

Arrest Report for the week of Jan. 4-10
  • A 39-year-old man was arrested on Jan. 5 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, violation of a protective order, and for a Young County warrant for unlawfully carrying a weapon.
  • A 64-year-old man was arrested on Jan. 7 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 27-year-old woman was arrested on Jan. 10 for driving without lights when required.
