The Stephens County Sheriff’s Office arrested the female suspect in an alleged shoplifting case that turned into a high-speed car chase around Stephens County today.
Local and state law enforcement are searching for two suspects who were involved in an alleged theft and chase Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 3, that took officers on a circuitous route through Stephens County.
Law enforcement agencies, along with other first responders and local organizations, gathered on Oct. 3 for National Night Out, hosted by the Breckenridge Police Department.
The Breckenridge Fire Department battled a wildfire on U.S. Highway 67 this afternoon, Tuesday, Oct. 3.
The annual National Night Out event is designed to strengthen community spirit and partnerships with law enforcement and first responders, and to send a strong message to criminals that the entire community is working together to fight crime.
Local emergency responders recovered the body of an apparent drowning victim at Hubbard Creek Reservoir this evening, Wednesday, Sept. 20.
