Breckenridge’s powerlifting program will once again be well-represented on the state stage, as the Buckaroos and Lady Bucks combined to qualify 11 lifters for the upcoming state meets – matching the program’s totals from a year ago despite graduating several top performers.

The Breckenridge High School girls powerlifting team left Breckenridge at 7 a.m. today, Wednesday, March 12, on their way to the state championship in Edinburg. Three members of the BHS boys powerlifting team will compete in the boys state championship next week.
