The Stephens County Commissioners Court held a public hearing and meeting Monday morning, Sept. 16, to discuss the fiscal year 2025 budget, 2024 tax rate and the status of the county’s burn ban.

Several local government boards and commissions will be meeting in this week and early next week for public hearings regarding tax rates and/or annual budgets, as well as routine business and other matters.
The Breckenridge City Commission will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6.
