BHS Homecoming activities planned for next week
Breckenridge High School’s annual Homecoming football game will be Friday, Sept. 3, and the theme of this year’s Homecoming Parade is There’s No Place Like HOME-coming, with a Wizard of Oz theme.
The parade is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, in downtown Breckenridge. For more information about the parade, contact Chela Lehr at 940-456-4109 or Ashley Rogers at 940-452-8846.
The Homecoming game will be played against the Ballinger High School Bearcats in Buckaroo Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. The FFA flag raising ceremony will take place before the game, and the Homecoming Court will be presented at 6:50 p.m.
The first Buckaroo football game of the season will be a home game this Friday, Aug. 27, against the Jacksboro High School Tigers. To see the complete season’s schedule, click here.
