The May 2025 election cycle for city commission, school board and hospital board is not following typical patterns.
City of Breckenridge, school district, hospital board now accepting positions for board positions.
From Jan. 17 through Feb. 16, the Breckenridge City Commission, Breckenridge Independent School District Board of Trustees and the Stephens Memorial Hospital District Board of Directors will accept applications for the various positions that are up for election this year.
Early voting starts on April 24, and Election Day will be May 6.
Applications are due Friday, Feb. 17.
