The Breckenridge Police Department responded to a call at 9 a.m. this morning, Sunday, Oct. 19, about a man with a bullet wound to the head at the Conquistador Apartments in the 1100 block of West Elliott Street, according to Breckenridge Police Chief Blake Johnson.
