SMH Auxiliary to host annual BUNCO Night on Sept. 9
Tickets are on sale now for the Stephens Memorial Hospital Auxiliary’s eighth annual BUNCO Night fundraiser, scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 9.
The event will take place in the First Baptist Church Family Life Center, located at 301 S. Rose Ave. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with games beginning at 6:30 p.m.
A light dinner, water and tea will be served. Attendees are asked to bring their own snacks. The event will feature prizes and over 300 grab bags.
Individual tickets are available for $30 each and can be purchased from any auxiliary member or at the SMH Gift Shop, which is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the hospital.
In addition to individual tickets, attendees have the option to purchase a table for a group of eight friends. Business table sponsorships are also available for $350. The sponsorship includes the business logo displayed on a banner, three extra prize/gift tickets for each person at the table, and acknowledgement of the business before, during, and after the BUNCO game.
The fundraiser is being held to support the SMH Auxiliary, which in turn helps the hospital with various project. For example, earlier this year, SMH unveiled a new mammography machine that the auxiliary had raised $6,000 for through its fundraisers. The SMH Foundation also raised more than $8,000 to help with the purchase of the machine.
