Annual 4-H Plant Sale & Trade Show slated for Friday, April 11

The annual Stephens County 4-H Plant Sale is returning for its third year, offering a variety of plants and greenery while introducing a new addition – a 4-H Trade Show.
The event will take place on Friday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Stephens County AgriLife Extension Office, located at 2622 U.S. Highway 180, on the northeast corner of Highway 180 and State Highway 67 intersection, east of Breckenridge.
The plant sale will feature hanging baskets, mixed containers, greenery, succulents, and more. Organizers are encouraging attendees to arrive early, as items tend to sell out quickly. Proceeds will support 4-H and agriculture programs in Stephens County.
New this year, the 4-H Trade Show will provide young entrepreneurs an opportunity to showcase and sell their handmade goods, services, and agricultural products. The event aims to help 4-H members gain real-world experience in marketing and sales while connecting with potential customers.
In addition to the plant sale and trade show, attendees can enjoy a bounce house and other family-friendly activities.
The event is designed to support local youth and encourage small business development among 4-H members. Community members are invited to explore the variety of offerings and support young entrepreneurs and agricultural programs.
