District Attorney’s Office releases plea deals for November

The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office’s recently released the following list of cases that were pleaded in November 2024:

  • Michael Jacob-Lynn Aldridge, 32, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault Against Public Servant, and was sentenced to 10 years community supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court cost; pleaded guilty to the offense Evading Arrest or Detention with Previous Conviction, and was sentenced to 10 years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court cost and restitution; and, pleaded guilty to the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and was sentenced to 10 years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court cost and restitution.
  • Brody Wayne Meredith, 41, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Habitation, and was sentenced 10 years community supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine, court cost and restitution.
  • Michael Erwin Anderson, 55, Haskell, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 10 years community supervision and was ordered to pay $3,000 fine, court cost and restitution.
  • Zachary Isaiah Thomas, 30, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled Individual – Reckless Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to five years community supervision and was ordered to $2,500 fine and court cost.
  • Justin Patrick Jenson, 44, Highland Village, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Habitation, and was sentenced to three years community supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,000 fine and court cost.
  • Donovan Taylor Perez, 23, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three years community supervision, and was ordered to pay $500 fine, court cost and restitution.
