District Attorney’s office announces list of plea deals for September, October
The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office recently released the following lists of cases that were pleaded in September and October.
September 2024 plea deal in the 90th Judicial Court:
- Megan Tribble pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentence to five years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court cost and restitution.
Cases pleaded in the 90th Judicial Court for the month of October:
- Dylan Mika Rosson, 23, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Penalty Group 1/1-B Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 20 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID) and was ordered to pay $5,000 fine, court cost and restitution; and, pleaded guilty to the offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, and was sentenced to five years confinement in the TDCJ-ID and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court cost.
- Delwin Ray Jackson, 45, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams, and was sentenced to 11 years confinement in the TDCJ- ID, and was ordered to pay $5,000 fine, court cost and restitution.
- Alexandria Nicole Morales, 23, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Burglary of Habitation, and was sentenced to eight years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay remaining court cost.
- Eric Jeremiah Oneill, 28, of Brownwood, pleaded guilty to the offense of Sexual Performance Child – Employ/Induce/Authorize – Attempted, and was sentenced to eight years confinement in the TDCJ-ID and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and restitution.
- Nathan Thomas Sharp, 49, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Child Pornography, and was sentenced to 10 years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $2,000 fine and court cost.
- Emanuel Marentes-Torales, 28, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Harassment of Public Servant, and was sentenced to six years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,000 fine and court cost.
- Blake Levi Swan, 28, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $200 fine, court cost and restitution.
- Dawson Scott Griffin, 21, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Harassment of Public Servant, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,000 fine and court cost.
- Amanda Dawn Perrin, 40, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, and was sentenced to four years of Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay court cost; and, pleaded guilty to the offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, and was sentenced to four years of Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay court cost.
- David Lee Campbell, 38, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon/Endanger Child Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to four years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $750 fine and court cost.
- Anthony Sterling Sell, 20, of Baird, pleaded guilty to the offense of Fail to Comply Sex Offenders Duty to Register 10 Years, and was sentenced to four years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $750 fine, court cost and restitution.
- Bryan Alan Serrato-Valdez, 19, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to Child/ Elderly/ Disabled with Intentional Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to three years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court cost.
- Daniel Anthony West, 32, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to four years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine, court cost and restitution.
- Nikki Sueann Brown, 34, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon/Endanger Child Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to three years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $750 fine and court cost.
- Hannah Louise Wilkinson, 23, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger Child – Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to three years Community Supervision, and was ordered to $1,500 fine and court cost.

The organization aims to raise $4,000, which could be tripled to $12,000 through various matching programs, including the NewsMatch program and the Rural Partner Fund, which is supported by several major foundations.
Founded in 2017 by journalists Tony Pilkington and Carla McKeown, the Breckenridge Texan provides daily local news coverage, weekly newsletters, photo galleries, a community calendar, and obituaries. The outlet serves both local residents and people outside the community seeking information about Breckenridge and Stephens County, including potential new residents and businesses. They chose the non-profit structure to maintain local control of news coverage while minimizing the financial burden on the community.
