Terry Carey was joined by family, friends and Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce members on Friday morning for a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Sportsman’s Boat and RV Storage, the business he recently opened in Caddo.
The storage facility features 16 covered spots for boats, RVs, travel trailers, etc. There is also an open-air area for deer blinds, feeders, and other similar items that hunters need to store.
The covered area is lighted and features security cameras, which Carey monitors. The property is gated, and each customer will be given an individual code to open the gate. Additionally, the spots are pull-through, so there will be no need to back up any of the vehicles, Carey said.
The covered spots are 12-feet-by-40-feet, and the roof is 14 feet high at its lowest point.
Sportsman’s Boat and RV Storage is located at 668 Park Road 33 in Caddo. Park Road 33 goes to the Possum Kingdom State Park and the west side of PK Lake, which has access to boat ramps.
