The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office’s recently released the following list of cases that were pleaded in February and April.

February 2024

  • Jesse Allen Alexander, 34, of Moran, pleaded true to the violations of community supervision as alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail, ordered to pay $750 fine and court costs.
  • Ashton Conner Chambers, 18, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography and was sentenced to 10 years community supervision and ordered to pay $750 fine and court costs.
  • Joshua Ramon Guillen, 32, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Building and was sentenced to two years confinement in State Jail suspended in lieu of five years community supervision and ordered to pay court costs; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Property $2,500 or More But Less Than $30,000 and was sentenced to two years confinement in State Jail suspended in lieu of five years community supervision, ordered to pay $1,500 fine, $1,100 restitution, and court costs.
  • Ashley Marie Gutierrez, 40, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Arson and was sentenced to 12 years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and ordered to pay $2,000 fine and court costs.
  • Richard Harris Hammersberg, 38, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member – Lesser Included Offense and was sentenced to one year community supervision and ordered to pay $100 fine and court costs.
  • Jonanthan Cedillo Rodriguez, 34, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Violate Bond/Protective Order Two or More Times Within 12 Months and was sentenced to five years community supervision, ordered to pay $750 fine and court costs.
  • David Lee Taylor III, 45, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the violations of community supervision as alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate for the offense of Assault Against Family Member with Previous Conviction Impede Breath and was sentenced to five years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court costs.
  • Brian Scott Trombly, 39, of Graford, pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Property $2,500 or More But Less Than $30,000 and was sentenced to two years State Jail suspended in lieu of five years community supervision, ordered to pay $750 fine, $3,185 restitution, and court costs.
  • Jessica Lee White, 36, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to a Child with Intentional Serious Bodily Injury and was sentenced to 20 years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and ordered to pay $5,000 fine and court costs.
  • James Logan Williams, 28, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Indecency with Child – Sexual Contact and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, ordered to pay $2,000 fine and court costs; pleaded guilty to the offense of Indecency with Child – Sexual Contact and was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, ordered to pay court costs; pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to eighteen (18) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail, ordered to pay restitution and court costs; and, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to eighteen (18) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail, ordered to pay restitution and court costs.

April 2024

  • Justin Jesse Stephens, 32, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail (TDCJ-SJ), and ordered to pay restitution and court cost; and, pleaded guilty to the offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail, and ordered to pay restitution and court cost.
  • Thomas Guy Hudson, 42, of Throckmorton, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Penalty Group 1/1B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 10 years community supervision and ordered to pay restitution and court cost.
  • Pedro Faustino Vargas, 26, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Habitation, and was sentenced to six years community supervision, and ordered to pay restitution and court cost; Pedro Faustino Vargas, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Building, and was sentence to four years community supervision, and ordered to pay restitution and court cost.
  • Levi Joseph Landon, 34, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions, and was sentence to five years community supervision and ordered to pay court cost.
  • Glenda Marie Vidamo, 54, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1B – One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay $750 fine, restitution and court cost.
  • Ryan Michael Mendez, 34, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Family /House Member with Previous Convictions, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and ordered to pay court cost.
  • Jake William Noggle, 43, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger Child Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to three years community supervision, and ordered to pay fine $1,550 and court cost.
  • Jose Francisco Salmeron-Veliz, 36, of Houston, pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Property $750 or More but Less Than $2,500 – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to two years of community supervision, and ordered to pay $2,000 fine, restitution and court cost.
