May 20 jury trial canceled by 90th Judicial District Court

According to the District Clerk’s office, the jury trial that had been scheduled for next week in the 90th Judicial District Court has been canceled. Therefore, those citizens who had been called for jury duty on May 20, 2024, do not need to report the courthouse.
The defendant pled and the case has been resolved, the Stephens County Facebook page reported.
