Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce to host annual awards banquet on Saturday, Nov. 4
The Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce will host its annual awards banquet and fundraising auction on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Breckenridge Elks Lodge, located at 6074 FM 2231.
Saturday evening’s event will begin at 6 p.m. and will include a dinner catered by last year’s Business of the Year, Pit Stop BBQ, as well as a live auction and a silent auction.
This year’s event will feature the theme “Murals and Mirrors,” as a representation of Breckenridge’s identity as the mural capital of Texas and a chance for attendees to reflect on their individual/business growth, according to the Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page.
The awards ceremony part of the evening will showcase the Citizen of the Year, Ag Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, Educator of the Year and Civic Organization of the Year.
Tickets cost $50 each and are available at the Chamber of Commerce, 100 E. Elm St. Anyone may buy tickets and attend, not just Chamber members.
