May 2023
- James Edward Simpson, Jr., 51, Abilene, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay $1,000 fine, restitution, and court costs.
- Barbara Funderburg, 33, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG2 – One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Psilocin, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, restitution, and court costs; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B, Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three years community supervision, and to pay court costs and restitution.
June 2023
- Otis Calvin McClendon, 26, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Robbery – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and ordered to pay $1,000 fine, restitution, and court costs.
- Issiac Randall Moreno, 30, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Delivery of Controlled Substance One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and ordered to $500 fine, restitution, and court costs.
- Braxton Rhuel Johnson, 21, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Building, and was sentenced to three years of community supervision, and ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court costs.
- Kelby Chance Roberts, 33, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three years community supervision, and ordered to pay $750 fine, restitution, and court costs.
- Andrew Phillip Perez, 23, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to six months community supervision, and ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs.
