The Stephens County AgriLife Extension Service raised funds for the local 4-H Horticulture Project and the Agriculture and Natural Resources programming with its Mother’s Day plant sale on Friday, May 12.

Offering a variety of flowering plants and greenery in pots and hanging baskets, the sale was held at the AgriLife extension greenhouse on the corner of U.S. Highway 180 East and State Highway 67.

They were sold out in less than three hours. All of the proceeds will benefit upcoming 4-H and AgriLife projects.

The Extension Service will have more programs this summer. We’ll have more details soon .
