Multi-community job fair scheduled for March 8 in Breckenridge
The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas and partners in Stephens, Eastland, and Shackelford counties will host an area-wide job fair on Wednesday, March 8, from noon to 3 p.m. in Breckenridge.
The multi-community hiring event will take place at Texas State Technical College’s Breckenridge campus, 415 N. Breckenridge Ave., and is designed to connect employers to residents looking for jobs. There is no cost to participate.
Currently, the participating businesses include Breckenridge Independent School District, the City of Breckenridge, Stephens Memorial Hospital, Jonell Systems – Filtration Group, ResourceCare, Walmart (Breckenridge and Eastland stores), Cisco Nursing and Rehabilitation, Eastland County Water Supply District, Fountainhead Management, Gentiva Personal Care, Rolling Plains Detention Center, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Department of Transportation – Brownwood District, and Work Services Corporation.
