Stephens County District Attorney’s office announces plea deals for May and June

Stephens County District Attorney Dee Peavy’s office recently released the following list of plea deals that were made in the 90th Judicial District Court in May and June 2022:

  • Victor Manuel Carrasco, 47, Breckenridge, pleaded true to violations of conditions of community supervision as alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine (Lesser Included Offense) and was sentenced to 24 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail and ordered to pay $562 fine and court costs.
  • Zenon Nava, 68, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to Child/Elderly/Disable Reckless Bodily Injury/Mental, and was sentenced to five years community supervision and ordered to pay a $750 fine and court costs.
  • Blake Levi Swan, 25, Breckenridge, pleaded true to violations of conditions of community supervision as alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail and ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court costs.
