Tonight’s Sips of Summer Wine Tasting to feature six regional wineries

Six regional wineries will be on-hand tonight, Friday, Aug. 13, at the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce’s 2021 Sips of Summer Wine Tasting event at Chandelier Ridge, an event venue located on U.S. Highway 183 south of Breckenridge.

Scheduled for the event are:

  • Blue Duck Winery of Cisco
  • Rancho Loma Vineyards of Coleman
  • D’Vine Wine of Granbury
  • Broken X Winery of Cisco
  • Silver Spur Winery of Hico
  • Cheramie Wine of Dallas

This is the second Sips of Summer Wine Tasting hosted by the Chamber. The first event was in 2019, but the wine tasting was canceled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Tickets to this year’s wine tasting cost $35 in advance and are available at the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce, 100 E. Elm St. At the door Friday evening, tickets will cost $50 each.

The Sips of Summer will be from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, at Chandelier Ridge, 5470 U.S. Highway 183 South.
