Local businesses, agencies announce Monday closures, delays due to weather
With snow still coming down in Breckenridge on Sunday evening, Jan. 10, several businesses and agencies have announced closures, delayed openings or cancelations for Monday, Jan. 11.
The Breckenridge Texan will update the following list as more information becomes available.
Weather-related closures/delays for Jan. 11
- Breckenridge Independent School District will not have classes on Jan. 11. Classes are expected to resume on Tuesday, Jan. 12.
- The Stephens County Courthouse will be closed Monday, Jan. 11. The courthouse is expected to reopen Tuesday, Jan. 12, and the County Commissioners meeting, which was scheduled for Monday morning, has been re-scheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12.
- All ResourceCare Community Health Centers will be closed until noon on Monday, Jan. 11. If you already have a morning appointment scheduled, a staff member will be calling you tomorrow to reschedule.
- The Bronco and Lady Bronco basketball games scheduled for Monday, Jan. 11, have been canceled.
- The Breckenridge City Offices will open at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 11.
