Taylor retires after serving Stephens County for 28 years

After 28 years of service to Stephens County, Nancy Taylor is retiring and moving to Florida. She celebrated her retirement with co-workers and friends at a party Thursday afternoon, Nov. 5, at the Stephens County Law Enforcement Center.

Taylor was the Adult Probation Officer in Stephens County for 24 years. After working in Eastland for a year at the same job, she came back to work in Stephens County as the office manager for the Sheriff’s Office in 2017.

She is moving to Fernandina Beach, Florida, where her daughter and her family live.
