New athletic director Casey Pearce to host a player-parent booster meeting Thursday
First year football head coach and Breckenridge Independent School District Athletic Director Casey Pearce will host a player-parent booster meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 16, at the Breckenridge Fine Arts and Athletic Facility (gym).
The meeting is open to parents and athletes in grades 7-12 who will be participating in any sport during the 2020-21 school year.
Among the items covered will be a general program philosophy, athletic expectations, pre-athletics plans, strength and conditioning philosophy, as well as expectations for the fall 2020 season.
Pearce will also be introducing the coaching staff for the 2020-21 school year.
The Breckenridge All-Sports Booster Club registration and 2020 outlook will also be discussed as well as the Mothers of Buckaroos (M.O.B) affiliation.
A high school volleyball player/parent meeting will follow at the conclusion of the meeting. The volleyball meeting is intended for all athletes planning on trying out for a position on the Breckenridge Lady Buckaroo volleyball team and their parents.
