Stephens County District Attorney Dee Peavy recently released the following list of plea deals that were made in the 90th Judicial Court in October 2019.

  • Juan Pedro Manriquez, 21, Breckenridge, pleaded True to the allegations in the State’s motion to revoke community supervision for the offense of Forgery Financial Instrument and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division, and to pay remaining court costs and restitution; and, pleaded True to the allegations in the State’s motion to revoke community supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and to pay remaining fine and court costs.
  • Robert Clinton Turner, 61, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 30 Days County Jail, and to pay restitution and court costs.
  • Korrissa Hope Curtis, 20, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay $500 fine, restitution, and court costs.
  • Brandon Tyler Moreno, 33, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance Less Than 1 Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay $500 fine, restitution, and court costs.
  • Justin Jesse Stephens, 28, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay $500 fine and court costs.
  • Michael Ray Funderburg, 57, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault on a Public Servant and was sentenced to 4 years community supervision, and to pay court costs.
