McTeacher Night raises funds for North Elementary

On Tuesday evening, Oct. 15, the staff of Breckenridge’s North Elementary School went to work at the local McDonald’s restaurant, taking orders, delivering food to the tables and vehicles, and selling McDonald’s cookies and fried pies. And, their hard work paid off — and the end of McTeacher Night, the local McDonald’s donated $1,500 to the school.
As incentives for local residents to participate in the event, there were several drawings for prizes. The winners of those prizes were:
- Girl’s bike: Presley Pilkington
- Boy’s bike: Joann Cedillo
- Zoo ticket pack: Levi Rainey
- Movie ticket pack: Tammy McGrady
