Chamber announces 2019 Breckenridge Idol finalists

On Saturday afternoon, 15 people from Breckenridge and the surrounding area gathered in the National Theatre, hopeful that their audition performances would be good enough to make it into the 2019 Breckenridge Idol competition, hosted by the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce.

Each contestant sang no more than two minutes of a song that they selected, while a panel of judges scored them on vocal talent and stage presence. After the auditions, the votes were tallied, and the following list of finalists has been announced:

  • Anthony Kelly of Breckenridge
  • Hailey Vick of Breckenridge
  • Hannah Pennartz of Breckenridge
  • Jacob Glick of Breckenridge
  • Jamie Narvais of Ranger
  • John Nored of Breckenridge
  • Kim McCoy of Breckenridge
  • Robert Beaty of Breckenridge
  • Shelby Smith of Graham
  • Sidney Jennings of Graham

The 10 finalists will perform at the Breckenridge Idol contest, scheduled for Saturday, May 4, during the annual Frontier Days event at the Trade Days Barn in the Breckenridge City Park.
