January 7
- A deputy took a report of a burglary of building in the 10,000 block of FM 207 that occurred sometime during the month of December. A four-wheeler was stolen.
- A deputy arrested a 23-year-old female for possession of marijuana after contacting her during a traffic stop. She also had a City of Breckenridge warrant for expired vehicle registration.
- A delayed theft report was made on a property of land near Lake Grand Road. An excavator was damaged and items were stolen from it. This occurred sometime during the last approximate six months.
January 9
- A deputy took a report of a burglary of a home on CR 261.
- A deputy and a Texas Game Warden recovered a stolen trailer in Stephens County that was stolen out of another county. The trailer was recovered from a residence in the 8000 block of FM 207. A male from this residence was arrested for theft.
January 10
- A female requested that her ex-boyfriend be issued a Criminal Trespass Warning (CTW) for her address on South Newton Avenue. The same male requested a CTW be issued against his ex-girlfriend for his address on South Miller Avenue.
January 13
- A delayed report of assault family violence was made at the Law Enforcement Center. The alleged offense was reported as having occurred on Saturday, Jan. 12, on CR 313.
- The Sheriff’s Office worked a major vehicle accident in the 1600 block of U.S. Highway 183 North. One of the drivers was ejected from their vehicle.
