First National Bank hosts annual Christmas concert
The tunes of Christmas filled the lobby of Breckenridge’s First National Bank during the lunch hour Thursday, Dec. 20, as the bank hosted its annual Christmas party for the community.
In the bank’s lobby, decorated for the holidays, FNB’s Jonathan Newton introduced the singers, and Shonda Wood started off the concert with “Put a Little Holiday in Your Heart,” followed by “Strange Way to Save the World” and “I’m Gettin’ Nuttin’ for Christmas.”
Denise Thompson and Don Bearden performed “O Holy Night” and “Adore.” Then, Kaitlyn Langford sang “Mary, Did You Know?” and “Run Rudolph Run.”
Addison Stoker sang “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” and Caroline Turner performed “White Christmas.”
Amanda Bolgiano closed out the concert with “A Holly Jolly Christmas,” “If Every Day Was Like Christmas,” “Grown-up Christmas List” and “Go Tell It On the Mountain.” She also accompanied several of the singers on the keyboard.
Guests enjoyed Christmas cookies and punch, and radio station KLXK 93.5-FM broadcast the concert.
