Christmas concert slated for Dec. 1 at National Theatre
Jerrol and Tammy Higgins will perform their second annual Christmas concert at Breckenridge’s National Theatre on Saturday, Dec. 1.
“Christmas Homecoming with the Higgins” is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. (doors will open at 6:30 p.m.) at the theater, 116 E. Walker St. A reception will follow the performance.
Tickets are available at the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce, 100 E. Elm St. Prices for cash or check payments are $25 for adults and $15 for students; for credit or debit card payments, the tickets will cost $26 for adults and $15.75 for students.
Jerrol Higgins has been playing piano since he was 5 years old. He served as a church organist/pianist at age 12 and has been playing for the public for more than 50 years. He has a Master of Piano Performance and is the church accompanist for the First Methodist Church in Graham. Tammy Higgins earned her Bachelor of Music in vocal music from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. They have been married for more than 30 years.
