BHS inducts new honor society members

Sixteen new members were inducted into the National Honor Society at Breckenridge High School on Friday in a ceremony at Bailey Auditorium.

Following the opening remarks, the local chapter’s officers – Morgan Hash, president; Zachary Smith, vice president; Carly Tennison, secretary; and, Annakate Rodgers, treasurer – performed the candle-lighting ceremony as they recited the four pillars of the NHS: scholarship, service, leadership and character.
