Effective Wednesday, Feb. 2, the City of Breckenridge has rescinded a city-wide boil water notice that was issued on Monday due to turbidity at the water plant.

Due to turbidity at the City of Breckenridge water plant, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required the system to notify all customers to boil their water prior to consumption.
