Filing closes for city, school and hospital board elections; several offices to have contested races
The filing window for candidates to run for office on the Breckenridge City Commission, school board and hospital board closed on Friday, Feb. 13, and several of the races are contested. The election will be on May 2 with Early Voting to take place April 20-28.
The City of Breckenridge’s cemetery staff will begin cleaning the Cemetery this week. The project is a semi-annual procedure to clean the cemetery in preparation for the grass and flower season.
