Larry Middleton, 79, of Breckenridge, Texas, passed away on June 29, 2026. A visitation will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday July 1, 2026, at the Melton-Kitchens Chapel of Memories in Breckenridge, followed by a Funeral Service Thursday July 2, 2026, at 11 a.m. with J.B. Sparks officiating.

Larry Richard Middleton was born on October 11, 1946, in Brady, Texas, to parents Margareet and A.C. Middleton. He was an avid car builder and loved going to car shows. He loved traveling and going on vacations, especially trips to Corpus Christi.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents Margareet and A.C. Middleton, son Shane Middleton, brother L.C. Middleton, wife Sharon Middleton, and grandson Michael Middleton.

Larry is also survived by his brother Michael Middleton and his wife Linda of Abilene, Texas; his sister Evelyn Woodard and her husband Larry of Austin, Texas; daughter Sherri Middleton of Peoria, Arizona; son Shawn Middleton of Breckenridge, Texas; stepson Gilbert Navarro of Lubbock, Texas; stepson Chris Navarro of Breckenridge, Texas; stepdaughter Carmen Navarro of Snyder, Texas; stepdaughter Dianne Perez of Muncie, Indiana; and wife Angie Navarro Middleton of Breckenridge, Texas. Larry is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
