Otis Wayne Justus was born in Greenville, Texas, to Otis and Ardella Smith Justus. He grew up in Crosbyton, Texas, graduating from Crosbyton High School in 1963. He went to Texas Tech University, was an active alumni and avid fan of the Red Raiders. Following a successful career with Proctor and Gamble, Wayne went into partnership in the Bobby V’s Sports Gallery Cafe in Arlington, Texas. After selling Bobby V’s in 2011, Wayne and Lynda moved to Breckenridge, Texas, where Wayne continued his familiar pattern of nonstop work and became very involved in the community. At the time of his death, he was working for OX Manufacturing. Wayne was a member of St. Andrews Anglican Church in Breckenridge, Texas. He was a member of Elks and previously served as Exalted Ruler of the Breckenridge Lodge, District Vice President, District Deputy, and District Veterans Chair.
