Stephens County District Attorney releases list of plea deals for January 2026

The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has announced the following list of cases that were pleaded in January 2026.

January 2026

  • Levi Joseph Landon, 36, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the alleged violations in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
  • Casey Dale Abbott, 34, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, and was sentenced to eight years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine, court cost and restitution; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Firearm, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to court costs.
  • Joe Anthony Reyes, 22, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Tamper or Fabricate Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court costs; and, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Marijuana Five Pounds or Less but More Than Four Ounces, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court costs.
  • Robert Thomas James, 30, of Dilley, pleaded guilty to the offense of Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court costs.
  • Christine Beauchamp-Williams, 41, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Tamper with Government Record with Intent to Defraud/Harm, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $500 fine, court costs and restitution.
  • Levi John Thompson, 42, of Caddo, pleaded guilty to the offense Harassment – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to two years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,000 fine, court costs and fine.
