Beverly Kimble, 90, of Breckenridge, passed away Monday, September 1, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, September 5, at Elliott Street Church of Christ with Mike Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the Breckenridge Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, September 4, at Morehart Mortuary.

Beverly Ann Voto was born May 23, 1935, in Clinton, Indiana, to James H. Voto and Florence Opal Arndt Voto. A 1952 graduate of Clinton High School, she then worked in Terra Haute, Indiana, for a public utility company in the stenographer/type pool. In the summer of 1960, she met Ralph Kimble at a summer church camp in Clinton. A year later in 1961, she married Ralph and the two moved to Breckenridge, Texas. There, she worked as a bookkeeper for the Church of Christ, Kimble Oil and John FIatters. She took part in many band and boys choir trips. Beverly enjoyed quilting, painting, scrapbooking and doing puzzles in her free time. She also enjoyed decorating and remodeling homes. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her sister, Joyce Whitley.

Mrs. Kimble is survived by her two children, Allen Kimble and wife Cheryl of Plano, and Karen Devenport and husband Phil of Breckenridge; one brother, Wendell Voto and wife Judy of Stratford, Oklahoma; brother-in-law, John Whitley of Roachdale, Indiana; four grandchildren, Kristen Kimble, Kelli Civello and husband Brian, Jessica Wilks, and Kaleb Wilks; two great-grandchildren, Sarah Civello and Henry Civello; and many nieces and nephews.
