Kutter Trammel of Breckenridge was sworn in as an attorney licensed in the state of Texas last month and is going into private law practice with his dad, Gary Trammel, Stephens County Attorney.

On Oct. 14, Trammel was sworn in by 90th Judicial District Court Judge Stephen Bristow in the Stephens County Courthouse with his family in attendance, including his parents, Gary and Kathy Trammel; wife, Cheyenne Trammel; and children, Delilah, 5, Jacqueline, 2, and Keller, who was just a few days old at the swearing in; and others.

“I passed the bar on Friday, had a baby on Tuesday and was sworn in on Thursday,” he said.
