BHS leadership team wins first place for park project

The four-student Breckenridge High School team competing in the Leadership TMCN contest won first place Wednesday, Oct. 25, at the Texas Midwest Community Network conference in Abilene.
Elyssa Glick, Mackenzie Harris, Diana Patterson and Braxton Post worked for months on a project to improve the Breckenridge City Park. They gave a presentation to the TMCN judging panel on their project in September.
The Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce, the City of Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Economic Development Corp. are members of the TMCN.
