Sandy Booth
Sandy Booth, age 83, of Breckenridge, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 30, at Morehart Mortuary Chapel. Services have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.
Sandra Sue “Sandy” Smallwood was born September 11, 1942, in Itasca, Texas, to parents, Thomas Delmar Smallwood and Eula Lee Willis Smallwood. Sandy worked as a hairdresser and proudly owned Beauty Castle in Midland for over 20 years. On May 4, 1972, she married Archie J. Booth in Eastland. She enjoyed gardening, knitting and was active outdoors. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her Boston terriers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Eula Smallwood; her husband, Archie J. Booth; and one sister, Martha Noble.
Mrs. Booth is survived by her children, Jay Randall Hess and wife Penny, Susie Hess McCauley, Kellie Sue Booth; seven grandchildren, Hunter Aaron Venable, Dub J. Castleberry, Lyrics Jurado, Shaley McCauley, Crista Petronella, Jared Hess, and Jamee Hess Pollard; and numerous great-grandchildren.
