The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has announced the following lists of cases that were pleaded in September, October and November 2025.

September 2025

  • Ezekial Lynn Collins, 39, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution; pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Material Aluminum/Bronze/Copper/Brass Less Than $20,000, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs and restitution; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Material Aluminum/Bronze/Copper/Brass Less Than $20,000, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs and restitution.
  • Kristen Elizabeth Hicks, 29, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Public Servant, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Under 15 Years of Age, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and was ordered to pay a $3,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
  • Ivan Arias, 24, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Misapplication of Fiduciary Property $2,500 or More but Less Than $30,000, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and was ordered to pay a $500 fine, court costs and restitution.

October 2025

  • Ryan Michael Mendez, 35, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to all violations except for violation of condition number 10, alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Assault Family/House Member with Previous Conviction, and was sentenced to eight years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and was ordered to pay court costs; and pleaded true to all violations except for violation of condition number 10, alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Evading Arrest or Detention with Previous Conviction, and was sentenced to 20 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ) and was ordered to pay court costs.
  • Rosario Crystal Cervantes, 36, Desoto, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Deliver Controlled Substance One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to four years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay court costs.
  • Valdosalome Flores Carrasco, 41, Sanger, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Family/House Member – Impede Breath/Circulation, and was sentenced to six years community supervision, and was ordered to pay a $3,000 fine and court costs.
  • George Wilburn Hagle, 63, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and was ordered to pay a $500 fine, court costs, and restitution; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs and restitution.
  • Jayden Danielle Riley, 26, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger a Child – Intentionally/ Knowingly/ Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and court costs; pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger a Child – Intentionally/ Knowingly/ Recklessly/ Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs; pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger a Child – Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger a Child – Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs.

November 2025

  • Joshua Max Brown, 33, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the allegations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 15 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ) and was ordered to pay court costs; pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger Child – Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to 15 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and court costs; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger Child – Intentionally/ Knowingly/ Recklessly/ Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to 15 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ and was ordered to pay court costs.
  • Jackson Matthews, 22, Euless, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Invasive Visual Recording, and was sentenced to 180 days confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and was ordered to pay court costs; and pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Invasive Visual Recording, and was sentenced to 180 days confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and was ordered to pay court costs.
  • Joaquin Ethan Garza, 39, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon Endanger Child Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to two years community supervision, and was ordered to pay $250 fine and court costs.
