The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has announced the following lists of cases that were pleaded in July and August 2025.

July 2025

  • Blake Levi Swan, 28, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 15 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ) and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
  • Nathaniel Allen Batek, 31, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to six years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court costs; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury – Family Member – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to two years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs.
  • Sean Roy Pick, 56, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to Elderly with Intentional Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to six years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court costs.
  • Felicity Kay Werner, 20, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1 – B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 4 years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $500 fine, court cost and restitution.
  • Owen Jay Willis, 37, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Property More Than $2,500 But Less Than $30,000, and was sentenced to 3 years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs.

August 2025

  • Soy-la Sharee-Lacey Perez, 32, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 30 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDJC-ID), and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
  • Chance Lee Mapp, 37, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Property More than $30,000 but Less Than $150,000, and was sentenced to eight years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay court costs and restitution; pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 12 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay remaining court costs; and pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Revoke Community Supervision for the offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, and was sentenced to eight years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
  • Blake Levi Swan, 28, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B More Than One Gram but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to six years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
  • Gary Wayne Ellett, 46, of Abilene, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
  • Ashley Nicole Lopez, 39, of Abilene, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 15 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
  • Jake William Noggle, 44, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Abandon or Endanger While Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to 15 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
  • Donovan Taylor Perez, 24, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
  • Brandi Marie Hawley, 24, of Abilene, pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon or Endanger Child – Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution
