District Attorney’s office announces list of plea deals for May, June 2025

The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has announced the following lists of cases that were pleaded in May and June 2025.
May 2025
- Clay Elmer Green, 47, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court costs.
- Jessica Jo Ledbetter, 30, Anson, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay court costs.
- Joshua Kalai Whitaker, 29, Anson, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 24 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ) , and was ordered to pay $500 fine, court costs and restitution.
- Francisco Javier Miranda, 24, Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Family/House Member Impede Breath with Previous Conviction, and was sentenced to 10 years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
- Juan Pedro Manriquez, 27, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to six years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
- Manuel Rodriguez Trevino, 52, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to six years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
- Corbin Aaron Roberts, 22, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to a Child with Intentional Serious Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court costs.
- Terrance Marquise Roberson, 25, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Habitation, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,200 fine and court costs.
- Izic Romero Martinez, 25, Amarillo, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $750 fine, court costs and restitution.
- D’ashajuan Christopher L Justice, 23, Wichita Falls, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Robbery, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
- Victor Rendon, 34, Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Fraudulent Securing of Document Execution $2,500 or More but Less Than $30,000, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs and restitution.
- Daniel Alberto Funes, 32, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Family/House Member – Impede Breath/Circulation, and was sentenced to four years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court costs.
June 2025
- Arturo Perez, 49, Abilene, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Habitation, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $5,000 fine and court costs.
- Valerie Yvonne Clark, 49, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Harassment of Person in Correctional/Detention/Civil Commitment Facility, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay court costs; pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Peace Officer, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $500 fine, court costs and restitution; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Peace Officer, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs.
- Mark Bradley Myer, 48, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to Elderly – Reckless Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court costs.
- Christian Scott Goswick, 20, Cisco, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
- Candice Lynn Carey, 43 years of age); Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Property More Than $2,500 but Less Than $30,000, and was sentenced to three years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs.
- Matthew Aaron Speck, 39, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense Assault Family/House Member – Impede Breath/Circulation, and was sentenced to four years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court costs, and restitution; and pleaded guilty to the offense Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled – Reckless Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to four years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court costs.
- Evan Cole Herring, 41, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle, and was sentenced to three years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $750 fine and court costs.
