Bud Clary

Doyle Wayne “Bud” Clary, 68, passed away June 11, in Abilene, Texas, after a short battle with COPD. His memorial service will be held at St. Paul Methodist Church in Breckenridge on Saturday, June 14, at 11:00 a.m., with Michael Roach officiating.
Bud was born on September 1, 1956, in Breckenridge, where he lived his entire life until this year, when he and Jann moved to Abilene to be closer to doctors.
Bud loved flowers and spent all his spare time in his beautiful yard, where he received “Yard of the Month” several times.
He graduated from Breckenridge High School and Cisco Junior College. He worked for Warren Petroleum, Chevron, Dynegy, and Targa Resources for a total of 46 years.
Bud is survived by his wife Jann; daughters Christy McCann of Abilene and Tia Richards of Tolar; sister Darlene Hurford, and husband Kim of Breckenridge; and grandchildren Joey Flores, Christopher Cutrer, Zoe Rodriguez, and Mia Richards; and great-granddaughter Parker Lyn; niece Bonnie Hurford; and nephew Jack Hurford.
Bud was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Nancy Clary, and son Corey Clary.
